DROP me A NOTE

Let's be Friends!

Absolutely! I offer à la carte design and planning sessions—up to five meetings—where we can focus on the parts of your wedding that need a little extra love. Whether it’s design decisions that aren’t quite clicking or planning details that feel stuck, I’m here to help you pull it all together.

I want a day of coordinator but need just a little extra help, not a planner is that possible?

I believe unforgettable events should feel accessible, not overwhelming—especially when it comes to your investment. I understand that spending a larger amount upfront can feel like a big step, and I’m always happy to discuss flexible options if you reach out ahead of time. To officially secure your date, a 20% retainer is due at the time of signing.

Do you allow payment plans or do I have to pay it all when I sign the contract?

Every vendor brings something unique and essential to your day—but your planner is the one who helps tie it all together. That’s why I always recommend booking your planner first. I’ll guide you through the vendor selection process, help you gather quotes, and manage communication so you don’t have to juggle it all on your own.

Which vendors are the most important? Who should I book first? Do you help me book them?

I’ve got you covered! Before we start reaching out to any vendors, we’ll sit down and talk through a realistic budget that aligns with your vision. From there, I help you find vendors who not only fit your style but also stay within your financial comfort zone. We’ll prioritize the vendors that tend to book up quickly and have open conversations about what matters most to you—whether that’s florals, food, or a killer band. That way, we can allocate more to the things you care about most and scale back where it makes sense. It’s all about balance, intention, and making smart choices from the start.

I have no clue what an appropriate wedding budget is…where do I even start?

Totally! You don’t need a perfectly clear vision to get started—just the inspiration you’ve collected and a general sense of what you love (and maybe what you don’t). One of my favorite parts of the process is helping couples take all those scattered ideas and turn them into one beautiful, cohesive design that actually feels like them. We’ll look at your style, your story, and what kind of experience you want your guests to have, then pull everything together in a way that’s intentional, polished, and totally you.

I don’t have a clear vision for what I want, just lots of different ideas - can you help me with creating a cohesive design?

It really comes down to how much support you want (or need) throughout the planning process. If you love organizing, already have most of your vendors booked, and just need someone to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day-of—then a coordination package might be the perfect fit.

But if you’re feeling overwhelmed, short on time, or just want a pro by your side from start to finish, full planning might be the way to go. I’ll help with everything from budget and vendor selection to design, logistics, and managing the moving parts behind the scenes.

How do I know if i should book a day of wedding coordinator vs. full planning services?
